What will my first appointment be like? A provider will meet with the new patient (and family for younger patients) for an extended interview which will gather information on history, symptoms, family and social functioning. The first appointment will take approximately an hour. Once a diagnosis has been determined, we will discuss options with his/her patient and family and together develop a plan of care. What if I need a refill? Refills are prescribed during scheduled appointments. Call today to book an appointment if you're due for a refill. If you are a current patient and we cannot see you by the time you run out of medication, we require at least 48 hours notification to refill your prescription, called in at a local pharmacy, or an additional 3 days if the prescription needs to be mailed to you.
***Please note the change to our refill policy: WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING REFILL REQUESTS FROM YOUR PHARMACY, IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF REFILL CONTACT OUR OFFICE DIRECTLY.
